Her experience spans large-scale, complex projects in Canada, the Middle East, and India, ranging from $2 million to over $10 billion in value.
With a background that bridges architecture and construction, Yasmeen brings an integrated perspective to project delivery, with expertise spanning planning, design, construction, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. She has led multidisciplinary teams through complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, while navigating municipal planning, permitting, agreements, and other project requirements.
A strategic and collaborative leader, Yasmeen is experienced in building strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
