Cumulus Architects will be leading the revitalization of the iconic Toronto Courthouse on University Avenue for Infrastructure Ontario and the Ministry of the Attorney General.

Modernizing this iconic building’s infrastructure while conserving it’s architectural legacy are parallel project priorities. By scheduling phased renovations Canada’s busiest courthouse will remain operational during construction. This unique project blends our intimate knowledge of courthouse function and planning with expertise in the conservation and rehabilitation of heritage buildings.
