Kingsclub + King High Line
Developed on a downtown brownfield site adjacent to the Georgetown rail corridor, Kingsclub’s dense urban form was developed to accommodate the requirements of large format retail and 3 residential rental towers. The project’s dense urban design precipitated the king line rail crossing that will bring much needed connection between liberty village and Queen West neighbourhood for cyclists and pedestrians. Our work on the crossing alignment design and discussions on nature of the bridge continues.
