Intermediate Architect
We are seeking an Intermediate Architect to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to achieve project objectives.
- Develop conceptual designs, space planning, presentations, design development, and production.
- Produce accurate technical and contract documentation for project construction.
Construction Administrator
We are currently seeking a Construction Administrator to join our team.
You will be working closely as part of a collaborative team. You will manage the construction phase of projects for Cumulus which includes reviewing and overseeing contracts, reviewing construction documents, and selected in-office administration and site reviews. As a member of the Contracts’ Committee, you will help shape site administration processes and be an integral part of the firm’s quality assurance program.
