The Rocket Condominiums
Cumulus has partnered with GH3 Architects (Prime Consultant) to produce construction documentation for two condominium buildings at 36 and 36R Tippet Road in Toronto. The Tippet project combines both condominium and rental units with shared amenity and service spaces at a major transit hub - Wilson Subway Station. In order to mitigate the complexities of planning and balancing the needs of both new buildings and a shared below grade parking structure, the project team has been working on a collaborative and digitally-hosted BIM model through Autodesk 360. Working within a cloud-based model, the project team has been able to streamline the coordination of building systems and design modifications.
