Construction Administrator
We’re seeking an Construction Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Contribute to and follow the construction administration processes and standards established in the office
- Provide full range of contract administration duties from tender to project close out for selected large scale and complex projects including site meetings and reviews
- Contribute your expertise to QA/QC reviews (internal design phase peer review)
Intermediate Architect
We’re seeking an Intermediate Architect to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Develop conceptual designs and space planning in collaboration with the team
- Produce highly accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of projects
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
Senior Healthcare Architect
We’re seeking an Intermediate Architect to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Work on conceptual designs, space planning, presentations, design development, and production
- Manage the deliverables of the design team
- Work with consultants, contractors, specialty equipment suppliers, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
- Support Business Development within the healthcare sector
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
